Danville Signal Processing, Inc. was founded in 1998 to manufacture products for the communication, audio, military and instrumentation markets using digital signal processing (DSP) technology as our core technology base. As specialists in signal processing technologies, Danville utilises the third generation Analog Devices SHARC DSP and Altera Cyclone FPGA technology within their solutions.
Given their expertise in this area, their understanding of industry applications and their agility in developing solution sets, Danville is able to quickly provide our customers in a wide variety of industries with the solutions they need.
The Danville Signal processing web site at www.danvillesignal.com provides full details of the products and technologies available.
The Danville Signal Processing DSP-8300 DSP Function Module is intended for embedded applications requiring signal processing in the audio frequency range. Even though the DSP-8300 is only the size of a credit card, it is capable of up to 50 million operations per second.
Analog Devices ADSP-21469 SHARC DSP Module
The Danville Signal Processing dspblok™ a9248 is a two channel high speed ADC I/O board. The dspblok a9248 is based on an Analog Devices' AD9248 A/D converter. This 14 bit ADC can sample as high 65M/s. Since both channels are sampled synchronously, the dspstak a9248 is ideal for direct conversion or IF sampling receiver applications. The dspblok a9248 is powered by Danville's dspblok 21469, dspblok 21369zx or dspblok 21369+fpga DSP Modules. The dspblok a9248 includes expansion connectors for SPI interfacing, UART, and USB for control and programming.
Danville's dspFlash™ SHARC & Blackfin Programmer is a production programmer that supports Blackfins and third generation SHARC DSPs. Thousands of DSP - flash memory configurations are supported, all you need is a standard Analog Devices JTAG connection on your target.
Danville Signal Processing's dsprak™ high performance audio platform is a semi-custom solution for OEMs. Optimised modules are combined with a custom motherboard to create a no-compromise platform that meets specific customer requirements.
