The Condor GR5SL-B4000 from EIZO Rugged Solutions, is a rugged 3U OpenVPX video graphics and GPGPU card built with the advanced NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 4000 Blackwell GPU. Featuring 16 GB of GDDR7 graphics memory with ECC and 256-bit memory interface, the product provides groundbreaking performance and efficiency, especially for edge computing and AI inferencing. As the first architecture to support GDDR7 memory and PCI Express Gen 5, NVIDIA Blackwell delivers significant advancements in data transfer speeds and performance per watt, making it an ideal choice for demanding high-performance computing environments.
 
Developed in alignment with the SOSA® Technical Standard, the Condor GR5SL-B4000 ensures interoperability, scalability, and superior performance for modern C5ISR and high-performance embedded computing (HPEC) applications. The graphics card is available in both conduction-cooled (CC) [VITA 48.2] and Air Flow Through (AFT) [VITA 48.8] variants to address various thermal needs. The product features a new thermal design that significantly improves thermal efficiency and minimizes throttling at higher temperatures.
 

Technical

The NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 4000 Blackwell GPU includes 7,680 CUDA cores, 240 Tensor Cores (5th Generation), and 60 RT Cores (4th
Generation), enabling exceptional capabilities for AI-accelerated data processing, AI inferencing, and real-time situational analysis. Blackwell incorporates advanced video encoder engines, including 9th Gen NVENC encoders with 4:2:2 support and 6th Gen NVDEC decoders, delivering exceptional video compression and playback performance for mission-critical applications. In addition, the GPU supports NVIDIA GPUDirect® Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) which significantly reduces data transfer latency and enhances bandwidth, enabling faster data transfers and improved overall system performance.
