The Trenton Technology BPG8032 PICMG® 1.3 backplane enables scalable video display walls and robust GPU computing solutions. The BPG8032 supports multiple Matrox® video and NVIDIA® GPU card and features seventeen x16 PCI Express 2.0 electrical interfaces. In total, the BPG8032 has eighteen PCIe 2.0 slots which all use x16 mechanical card connectors.
The Trenton Technology BPG8032 is a 20-slot PICMG® 1.3 backplane designed for use within telecommunication systems, video wall controllers, graphic processing platforms and GPU computing applications. Eighteen PCIe 2.0 backplane slots are available and seventeen of these are driven with x16 PCIe 2.0 electrical interfaces.
The PCI Express® link design of the BPG8032 backplane supports many industry standard graphics-class Matrox® video and NVIDIA® GPU cards. The BPG8032 is optimised for use with the combo-class system host boards (SHBs) such as the single processor TSB7053 or dual-processor JXT6966. The backplane link design provides maximum data throughput with superior signal integrity.
The BPG8032 is an ideal building block solution for any system design application that needs to support a large number of PCI Express cards. The BPG8032 is ideal for communications, video display wall, GPU computing, government and mil/aero applications.
