Delivery and returns

We have chosen the manufacturers we work with because we know their products are designed and manufacturered to the highest specification. We do know that sometimes things go wrong, so if you need to request an RMA for any product please follow the instructions below.

Products returned for repair must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number, obtained from Sarsen Technology prior to return.

Products returned without an RMA number may be refused.

Obtaining an RMA

To obtain an RMA number, please send us an email – info@sarsen.net

Please include the following information in your request:

•    Returning company address and contact
•    Description of the failure
•    Model name and part number of the product
•    Serial number from the label on the product
•    Original Purchase date and Customer’s PO Number
•    Sarsen’s Quote and/or Invoice Number

We will advise the warranty status of the product, and provide a quote for the repair if necessary.

Please Note - Each manufacturer has their own RMA requirements, including repair costs and inspection fees that will be communicated as required.

After Your RMA Is Issued

Package your return, ideally in the original manufacturer packaging. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of each box, include a failure report for each board or system and return the product(s) to the following location:

FAO Angela Boyce
Sarsen Technology Limited
23-24 High Street
Marlborough
Wiltshire
SN8 1LW

Repaired items will be returned from Sarsen Technology via DHL, unless prior arrangements are made by the customer for an alternative shipping method.
