An RFSoC is a programmable SoC with integrated RF data converters. We supply and support a range of products based on the Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoC family, which integrates multi-gigasample RF data converters and soft-decision forward error correction (SD-FEC) into an SoC architecture.

RFSoC's high level of integration provides a significant amount of size reduction when compared to designing the same functionality with separate components, making them ideal for SWaP constrained applications incuding radar, C4ISR, UAVs and man-portable devices. The dense RFSoC implementation can save 50% in overall size compared to the discrete approach. The cost benefit of integrating multiple functions into a single chip is also significant. Savings are especially evident where many channels of A/Ds and D/As are required, like phased array radar.

The products we provide offer full RFSoC functionality in a small, flexible package that has solved the most demanding circuitry, signal integrity, and packaging challenges.
