Our team is available from 8.30am - 5pm GMT except during the Christmas holidays to answer any questions you might have, while also providing assistance with more advanced technical problems that may arise.

If you need any support outside of these hours, please contact the relevant manufacturer directly. Please copy info@sarsen.net on any email correspondence so we can continue to support you the following day.
