VersaLogic Corp., an Oregon-based embedded computer company, has announced a new EBX™ format single board computer. Named the “Viper”, it features extensive I/O capabilities, power consumption of only 6 watts (typical), and fanless operation over the full industrial temperature range (-40 to +85°C).

The newest 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch module from Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES), the XChange3021, is now available. This 3U VPX switch provides both 10 Gigabit Ethernet and PCI Express Gen3 (backwards compatible with Gen2 and Gen1) functionality, which allows the XChange3021 to serve as the heart of inter-board communications inside a high-end OpenVPX™ system.

VersaLogic Corp has announced Raven - a compact and rugged embedded computer built around the Intel Bay Trail processor. This is VersaLogic's fourth product released in the Embedded Processing Unit (EPU) format. EPU's combine processor, memory, video, and system I/O into an extremely compact full function embedded computer.
