Overview

Electra ASIC 64GSPS ADC/DAC Transceiver

The Electra ASIC is a high-performance, multi-channel ADC/DAC transceiver based on Jariet Technologies’ RF data converter technology. It simplifies RF and microwave systems by directly digitising signals at 40–64 GSPS per channel, supporting analog frequencies up to 36 GHz and 6.4 GHz bandwidths.

Available in two (-M) and four (-Q) channel options, Electra integrates 10-bit 64-GSPS ADCs and DACs with best-in-class noise and spurious performance, including -155 dBFS/Hz NSD and 60 dBc IMD3 at 10 GHz. Each ADC/DAC pair is clocked by its own low-jitter synthesizer for isolated channel noise.

In the digital domain, Electra features multi-band digital up/down conversion, performance correction, FFT, embedded CPU, capture/playback RAM, and 30 Gbps JESD204C interfaces. Built-in self-test modes, loopback, and temperature sensing ease system integration, while synchronization features support phase-aligned multi-antenna arrays.

Electra is available in various sample rates and frequencies to meet different performance and power requirements.
