Quality Policy

The continuing policy of Sarsen Technology Limited, as part of the HIPER Global group, is to provide high-quality products and a professional, efficient service that ensures customer satisfaction alongside full statutory and regulatory compliance.
 
By leveraging the global resources of HIPER Global and the specialised expertise of Sarsen Technology, we secure operational efficiency, a robust customer focus, and the long-term sustainability and profitability of the organisation.

  2. Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to reflect evolving industry best practices.
  3. The enhancement of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-performance solutions.
 
To uphold this commitment, management maintains a continuous responsibility to:
 
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that customer needs and expectations are accurately determined and fulfilled.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Communicate the vital importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements throughout the organisation.
  • Quality Objectives: Establish and regularly review quality objectives through formal Management Reviews.
  • Monitoring & Auditing: Use Internal Audit results to monitor process effectiveness and drive systemic improvements.
  • Resource Management: Ensure the availability of necessary resources and foster a culture of quality through engagement, practical example, and comprehensive training.
  • Employee Empowerment: Ensure every employee understands their specific role within the QMS and how their individual contribution directly impacts the organisation's success.
 
We hereby certify that the quality policy, quality management system manual and operating procedures manual accurately describes the quality management system in use within the organisation to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
 
The quality management system will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced regularly under top management responsibility, with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels of the Sarsen Technology and HIPER Global structure.
