For peace of mind, the rugged military computers and systems we supply are designed, manufactured and validated using various MIL-STD testing methodologies, including DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD-704 to withstand the harsh environments found in government and defense applications which are susceptible to shock, vibration and thermal management issues.
If you're looking for an ITAR-free SWaP-optimised HPC the
nano-ONYX from ECRIN Systems provides significant advantages with regards to high-performance on-board computing, low power consumption, ultra-small footprint and total weight.
nano-ONYX is based on the Dual / Quad-Core Intel® Atom™ E39xx (Apollo Lake) processor, with TDP starting from 6.5 Watts for low power applications. If you're looking for higher performance, the Dual-Core Intel® Core™ i7 Kaby Lake-U or Quad-Core Whiskey Lake-U with configurable TDP-down 7.5 Watts are both available.
The rugged
nano-ONYX is based on a modular mezzanine concept that provides the customer with configuration flexibility and long-life management with revision control. It is designed around a COM Express Mini type 10 and four mPCIe-based rugged I/O modules, with rugged connector I/O interface (no flexible ribbon I/O cables) for high-density, high-reliability and high-performance. This concept allows us to configure the system to the customers exact I/O requirements for seamless integration in their wider system.
